Tensions – Rule of thumb
Tighter gives you more Control and Slacker gives you more Power, if you are suffering from any Arm/Shoulder Injury or Tennis Elbow a Slacker Tension does not transmit as much vibration through the Racket therefore more comfortable when striking the ball/Shuttlecock.
